- We are owned, operated and managed by the second generation of the LaVerdiere family which began its development forty years earlier when this c. 1820 brick farmhouse was renovated.
- We have a full on-site management team and offer personalized professional services.
- The LaVerdiere family also continues to be active in promoting business opportunities in the Amherst Research Park located off Route 9 in East Amherst and the Amherst Enterprise Park located on Meadow Street off Rte 116 in North Amherst. Both sites offer business development and growth opportunities.
- Amherst Office Park is proud to be an integral part of the life of Amherst’s business community by providing incubator space for start ups as well as long term rentals.
